For me Personal Training is so much more than just helping my clients lose a couple pounds, look great and then forget about them. i like to build a relationship with my clients, steadily over time – I base my business around challenging my clients and their old patterns. It’s about helping them face their failures and triumphs and in the most part, it is about their own personal growth and their unique journey to achieving their fitness goals. Every single lady that I have trained has brought something different to the table and it is my job to cater to their needs, to help them get the most satisfactory results.
I choose to work exclusively with women to motivate, inspire but most of all to make their fitness journey an exciting and entertaining one. I believe in creating a sisterhood of like minded women, a fitness movement where we can all feel comfortable with our bodies, no matter what size or fitness ability.
